We led the endline evaluation of the “Our Land” Programme, which empowers women and youth to claim and utilize land securely under Liberia’s Land Rights Act. The assignment examined project outcomes in land governance, gender equality, youth participation, environmental stewardship, and community-level advocacy. Using an outcome-harvesting approach, the evaluation captured tangible behavioral and institutional changes, assessed contributions by stakeholders, and delivered evidence-based recommendations to strengthen future land-rights programming in Liberia.
