We designed and operationalized a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation system for Eco-Energy, tailored to track solar product distribution, project performance, and field-level outcomes across multiple counties. The assignment included developing data collection tools, reporting templates, indicator dashboards, and quality-assurance mechanisms. The system strengthened evidence-based decision-making, improved performance tracking for donor-funded and commercially funded portfolios, and enhanced Eco-Energy’s ability to demonstrate impact and operational efficiency.
