We conducted a national-level study assessing the impact of the Agriculture Sector Rehabilitation Project on smallholder farmers’ livelihoods in Northwestern Liberia. The assignment covered methodology design, tool development, enumerator training, field supervision, and SPSS-based quantitative analysis. The study provided insights into changes in income, consumption, and agricultural productivity, guiding program adjustments and evidence-based decision-making.
