Project Overview

We delivered a political economy analysis (PEA) of Liberia’s National Community Health Program, focusing on institutional incentives, power dynamics, decision-making processes, and factors enabling or constraining CHW system performance. Using document reviews, stakeholder mapping, and KIIs, the study identified political, financial, and governance drivers shaping the program’s implementation. The analysis provided USAID and government partners with actionable insights for strengthening policy alignment, accountability, and long-term system resilience.
