We conducted the final evaluation of the OXFAM/EU Food Security Project, assessing the project’s effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, and sustainability. The assignment involved developing the evaluation framework, designing tools, training enumerators, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data using SPSS. The evaluation identified key outcomes in food production, community resilience, and market access, and provided evidence-based recommendations for future programming.
