We conducted the endline evaluation of the GIRL Project, a nationwide initiative supporting climate-resilient livelihoods and strengthened community preparedness systems. The assignment assessed project effectiveness, outcomes, and sustainability across target communities, applying mixed-methods evaluation (KIIs, FGDs, outcome harvesting, and household surveys). The evaluation identified achievements in women’s economic empowerment, disaster readiness, and inclusive governance, and provided actionable recommendations to enhance long-term resilience across participating counties.
