We conducted a post-harvest assessment for the FAO-supported Agriculture Infrastructure Development Project. The engagement included designing the methodology and tools, training enumerators, supervising field data collection, and conducting data analysis using SPSS. The assessment identified post-harvest losses, storage constraints, and market challenges, providing evidence to inform improved post-harvest management and infrastructure planning in target communities.
