We conducted the mid-term evaluation of the “Our Land” Programme, focusing on progress toward secure land ownership and use rights for women and youth under Liberia’s Land Rights Act. The evaluation assessed effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, and early outcomes across participating communities. Through KIIs, FGDs, document reviews, and outcome mapping, we provided evidence-based insights on implementation strengths, gaps, and strategic adjustments needed to improve community awareness, land governance practices, and gender-responsive land access.
